The first Chilkat Challenge Triathlon. 13 solo entrants are held here, each as three leg times; the finish time on this page is the sum of the three. 9 teams also ran and are NOT held as results, because no source prints the names of the people on them. Their times as published: A's a Blaze - paddle 1:12:27, cycle 1:10:09, run 43:05, total 3:05:41 SEACC - paddle 1:16:07, cycle 58:47, run 56:01, total 3:10:55 Border Buddies - paddle 1:11:59, cycle 1:02:16, run 57:02, total 3:11:17 Lost in Pace - paddle 1:21:20, cycle 1:07:11, run 49:06, total 3:17:37 Manage a Trois - paddle 1:26:09, cycle 1:15:14, run 48:54, total 3:30:17 Evergreen Trio - paddle 1:33:04, cycle 1:11:16, run 46:57, total 3:31:37 Go PO - paddle 1:25:28, cycle 1:20:31, run 51:59, total 3:37:58 Chilkat Chicks - paddle 1:30:27, cycle 1:17:38, run 1:00:37, total 3:48:42 Noseeum's - paddle 1:45:30, cycle 1:18:26, run 1:03:23, total 4:07:19 Evergreen Trio's three legs add to 3:31:17 against a printed total of 3:31:37; one of the four figures is twenty seconds out and the sheet does not say which, so all four are recorded as printed. The sheet prints each individual's paddle time rounded to the minute, so the paddle times held here are the remainder of the finish time after the cycle and the run - which reproduces every printed figure to the second. The 2017 sheet gives no leg distances and the first-annual poster is not in the archive, so all three are held at 0.00 - the convention that makes the pace column read N/A rather than inventing a course.
