| Description | Distance: 10 miles Location: Mendenhall Valley Dan Kelliher of Sitka won in 55:37 from Alan Graves in 57:04 and Glenn Frick in 58:18. 17 finished. Ron Flint is printed 6th in 54:44, which would have won the race - his time falls between a 59:31 and a 60:13.
