| Description | Distance: 2.8 miles Location: downtown Juneau The first Seafood is Heartfood Fun Run, sponsored by the Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute and put on for walkers, joggers and runners alike. 99 took part. Al Graves was the first man home in 15:10, from Steve Rieger in 15:21 and Glenn Frick in 15:41. Mary Hakala was the first woman, 10th overall in 17:28. |

Two names are published twice - Rod Mourant 33rd in 23:10 and again 48th in 28:47, and Jim Mayer 55th and 76th - and only the first of each is shown, since it cannot be told from the page whether these are two people or one entered twice. It was plainly a family race, with the Krons, Norvells, Mayers, Morrisons, Smetzers, Zagars, Hobbses, Danielsons, Reagles, Nelsons, Greens and four Imamuras all in the field. |
