Things worth knowing

• Of the club's own races, the Juneau Marathon and Half Marathon of 2022 drew the most visitors: 60% of its 154 finishers came from outside the Juneau borough.
• The club keeps results for races beyond Juneau too — 29 events on record had a mostly out-of-borough field, a legacy of the years it ran as Southeast Road Runners.
• The biggest field on record is the Aukeman of 2018, with 567 finishers.
• The longest-running series is the Governors Cup 5k and 1 mile — 40 editions between 1979 and 2025.
• In 2026, 49% of the 718 people who raced were running a club event for the first time.
• The busiest day the club has ever recorded was 4 August 2024 — 791 finishers.
• The most-recorded runner is Jim Ustasiewski, with 353 finishes to their name.
• People from 25 countries besides the United States have run a club race, most often from Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia.
